No feedback Poor Customer Service

I purchased a product from Zarkar online Gadgets on Sunday 17 December 2017 and inquired about the effectiveness of the product in South Africa. I sent Zarkar online gadgets four emails and I am just not getting any reply. This stems down to me that they have no interest in their customers. This type of customer service is rotten to me. Beware of Zarkar online Gadgets customer service.
