**********. I do not recommend spending your hard earned money here.
Had an issue today, First off my yesterdays withdrawal was hanging and still not paid by this afternoon. Then i deposited R2000 and started playing, I won some nice jackpots to the tune of 10K. No i already asked why my payout is taking longer than usual. I left it at that. Then when i tried to withdraw my 12k bam!! i could not. I queried this multiple times!! Essentially all i could do is play the slots hoping after that i could actually request a withdrawal. Behold! I had to play every single cent back plus my Deposited 2k. This definitely a ********** action on their part. I will be taking this further even if i need to go to the Gambling board. Ive always understood their bonuses, playback and all of that which i have no problem with. But i was not playing a bonus playback or anything. Dont give 2.8 million rand jackpots if you going to fail smaller players payouts the next day!!!!

I won 1.2k after i made a deposit, wanted to withdraw now all of a sudden am told i cant coz i have a bonus of 50rand i played zar exclusive games to cancel it now all of a sudden i must have a 100% play through of the 1.9k amount. I reached the 100% only for it to go back to 1.2k playrough before i make a withdrawal

Withholding funds
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ZARbet. I deposited my own money into my *** account and received a bonus. I understand that bonuses can have wagering requirements. However, I specifically asked ZARbet to cancel/forfeit the bonus and return my original deposited funds. I am not asking to withdraw bonus funds or bonus winnings. Instead, ZARbet is refusing to process my withdrawal and is telling me that I must complete approximately R3,000 in wagering before I can access the money. I have repeatedly asked them to explain exactly why my own deposited funds cannot be withdrawn if I am willing to forfeit the bonus completely. Their response has been to refer me to clauses 11.11.7 and 11.11.9. I have asked them to explain specifically how those clauses prevent me from withdrawing my original deposit, but I have not received a satisfactory explanation. This is extremely concerning to me. A bonus should not leave a customer feeling that their own deposited money is being held hostage by a wagering requirement. I have now escalated the matter to the Western Cape Gambling & Racing Board for investigation and clarification. My advice to other players: read the bonus terms very carefully before accepting any bonus, particularly if you may want to withdraw your deposited funds. I hope ZARbet will reconsider its position and resolve this matter fairly.

Worst site in the whole world
This is by far the worst site I've ever seen in my life,, their games are rigged, I pinned over 1000 spins on one slot in a single day but can't even get a feature plus I bought over 20 free spins and not even one gave me back a 5x,,, this is definitely the worst site in the world stay away from this looser site believe me it will just end up in tears

Super unhappy with Zarbet
On this platform it is simply impossible to win big. You can play till you make your R200 deposit a R400 and then cash out because you will never get more. And after your first cash out just never go back to the platform to play because they will take that back and even more. I have tried every thing possible. Big deposits with big bets , small deposits with small bets and there is never a decent win.

Good Morning I hope this email finds you well. May you kindly assist me with getting my money from Zarbet, I used their platform yesterday and won. At first I was prohibited from doing a withdrawal and I understood that because I got 2 bonuses from them I had an obligation to fulfill, which I did by playing the R12000 and R240 bonus which I played out to two 100 percents thus allowing me to then withdraw the allowed amount that appeared in my account. I then withdrew the R4034,40 and took screenshots. I wokeup to only R2000 being deposited which is daylight *******, I then initiated a chat with them to be told that they gave half because of bonus discrepancies. Which doesn't make sense because their platform setup doesnt allow one to withdraw until the bonus is played out.
