He is so unprofessional and SO rude! How dare you shout at a client? On numerous occasions!

He makes a million promises and follows through with nothing. He doesn't take calls, doesn't respond to messages, it's impossible to get a hold of him. Once you've paid your deposit that is.

We paid a deposit, he promised so many things and nothing came. And when you confront him about it he treats you like you're so little and your money means nothing coz he has all these other bigger jobs he's attending to so he's always "busy on site all day". So there's no time for us little people.

We gave him a budget to work with. He was supposed to have been a walk in walk out job. Nothing for us to do besides choose from options he presented us with. We showed him a picture of what we had wanted. He quoted us accordingly. With finishes and everything. All well within our budget. So ofcorse, we went with him. We thought it would be less of a headache. Getting one person to do everything. Clearly we were very wrong.

We paid our deposit. Waited weeks on end, for him to come back and tell us "our finishes" were double what he had quoted. So obviously this is now out of our budget. He then continues to blame us, saying he can do everything for a teeny amount, with cheap finishes. Which is not what we had initially discussed because he saw the picture we required and quoted us ON THAT PICTURE. We changed nothing. He basically said he could do it to get our deposit and then came back and said he couldn't. And refuses to give our deposit back.

Please be warned.⚠️ I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. We work so hard to save our money to do these things, only for people like Trineshen from Zarah Construction to come in and ***** us over.
