Zara’s Incompetency on Delivery / Customer Services

I am so disgusted with Zara online store, I have made an order on the 07/06/20 and I was told it will be delivered between the 10/06/20 and-15/06/20, so on the 12 /06/ 20 I logged in to my emails I see an email saying my order was delivered on the 11/06/20 , I immediately contact Zara online and reported the incident because I did not receive the parcel and I am working from home since 26/03/ 20 .. And that means I am home 24/7.. And I was told to give details they will do investigation and I should wait for 24/48 hours they will get back to , I did that and now one got back to me and this morning I received an email saying the order was delivered in the mentioned address and a person called Nolu signed for it , mind you I will never sign Nolu on my parcel and it is always required to print full name and sign when the delivery takes place, but for some retthis person signed Nolu and was given my parcel, I had to go to my neighbors house and ask if no one signed for my parcel and know one did Andazi if they did it would have been given to me last week already.. And I stated on the mail I did not receive or signed for the parcels and what verification they have that the person who signed was me, no proof of purchase or identification was produced and No Zara customer service is telling me I should go open a case with the SAPS, so who will I open the case against at the SAPS, where do I get the person who signed for my parcel.. Tjis is not the way to treat customers, in Zara stores when you go fetch your parcel they want proof of purchase and identification and now when I tell them I did not receive my order, I was / I am working from home , I am told to go SAPS.. I will be definitely going to SAPS to open a case of ***** for Zara because they took my money and I never got the item, I am sent back and forth told to wait for investigations and I paid 79 for the courier to make sure I receive the parcel but clearly I was just giving away my hard earned money... Disgusted...
