Zara your online is absolute ****

I received a msg that my parcel will be delivered on wednesdAy. Nothing has arrived yet and when i checked “track your order” it says its been delivered to customer. I received nothing. My order is ***. This is unbelievable bad service that you have zero contact details to help when this happens. Will never use online again. Thanks for *****ing my money
