Zara worst store

#zara Bought a ladies and men’s shirt , still got original price tags on ( can’t find slip) wanted to exchange both items ( not refund ) exchange but Zara policy that they won’t exchange any item without a slip !!! I’ll never support this chain again !!! Tried calling Sandton store 10 times using all 3 options without call even being answered. ********** of R1500 of goods that I can’t use and they don’t care !!!!
