WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE Zara succeeded in putting me back to an emotional place I never wanted to go back to... For two weeks they telling me to give them 2hrs to resolve a mess they created I even offered to go collect my own order wherever it is and they still refused and to date am with no shoe for my graduation day and no refund from them so I can buy another shoe else where they don't even have the decency to call or email me I have to be the one who sends messages to their chat box to ask what is happening with my order... I am medically diagnosed with anxiety and depression reason why online shopping is my go to but Zara just took me a step back in life because of this experience when I should be excited and all am actually now stressing on what do I do now because no alternative solution is even coming from them but to give them 24hrs for than 2weeks I don't know how is 24hrs calculated at zara
