Zara - worst customer service of my life!!!!

<p>I bought a pair of shoes before thwy were put on sale wore them for one hours and the elastic just tore . returned back to teh Zara Mall of Afric astore and they told they will give refund me the new system price whic was the sale price . What on Earth !!!!! i only wore teh shoe for one hour. teh two managers were comepletely unhelpful and they logged a query with customer service and NO RESPONSE 5 days later.</p> <p> </p> <p>They said i must keep the shoes but re- bugged them . I loved Zara but after this i hate it!!!!!!!!!!</p>
