Zara Worst Customer Service

Zara is violating customers rights under the Consumer Protection Act, particularly the right to return goods they're not satisfied with and which are in good conditions. It's shameful that customers are perpetually and daily denied right to return goods, which are in perfect conditions as the day they were bought, have tags still attached and even in the original packaging. This merely because a slip is missing. Zara's business strategy is zero customer oriented and all about their convenience as a store. It is outrageous and indefensible this blatant violation and Zara and its arrogant management must not be allowed to continue with this unacceptable practice.
