Zara Tygervalley

I had the worst experience at Zara Tygervalley, I went to Zara to see what new items they had in stock in the Hope's of purchasing a dress for myself and something for my 3 year old son. As I entered the store I was abruptly stopped by a security guard who told me I couldnt enter with my closed 500ml bottle of soda in my hand I asked him why because I was not drinking it at the time he then rudely pointed to a tiny sign in their window which started that no eating and drinking allowed I proceeded to tell him that I was not eating or drinking and that the drink I had with me was closed he ignored me and when I asked for a manager the guy that came out told me that the security was right I tried to explain to him that my bottle was closed and that I was not a toddler that was going to mess on their merchandise but he just walked away .Just as I was about to storm off I saw 2 other customers approaching the door one with a bag of chips and the other with a grocery store bag the chips was open and the customer put it in their plastic bag, and no the security didnt stop them from entering which made me even more furious .Zara your policy should include everyone not only certain races the experience I had at your Tygervalley branch has really disturbed me I was always a loyal customer of your Waterfront branch where I would walk in with a cup of coffee in hand and get the best service but i decide to never purchase at your company again ,Zara please teach your managers and security customer service skills teach them to respect all races.
