Zara terrible service and rude security

<p>I would like to state that Zara Eastgate is yet another example of the brand being of lowest standard when it comes to service and unprofessional security . </p> <p> </p> <p>The security guard apparently called Charlie stopped my trolley by pushing it back on my and hitting my stomach . I was not allowed entry of which point I asked him to call the manager since I was not allowed and he ignored me . I then took my stuff and walked myself in to see the manager . She was attending to 2 other very upset customers . After waiting 30 minutes I decided to leave . The security guard got rid of my trolley !!! And ignored me when I told him to bring my trolley back !!! </p> <p>Manager was overwhelmed by complaints she ignored me and couldn't help other customers either . </p> <p> </p> <p>Also please note another complaint , This is the 5th time I have been there and am told that I am not allowed trolleys in when I have three little kids sitting in the trolley !! What a way to lose sales !!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Never shipping there here again or at any Zara South Africa.</p> <p> </p> <p>Change your manager , change your security and for the love of shopping allow customers their trolleys in the shop !!!!!!! </p>
