ZARA - TAKEN THE MONEY, BUT HAS NOT DELIVERED!

On the 26 June, 2020 I ordered a coat and pair of trousers for my son's birthday on the 29 June. The order was promised to be delivered by 1 July 2020, LATEST It is now 6 July and ZARA HAS NOT DELIVERED, ALTHOUGH THE AMOUNT OF R1598.00 has been paid to Zara from my credit card! Where are my goods? This is so unprofessional - and downright disgraceful! Also, they are afraid to give out their email address. ABYSMAL SERVICE -DO NOT USE!
