Zara Supervisor tells her customers she doesn't need our sales

<p>We came to shop at the Zara shop in Sandton on 13 May and the shop closed while we were still inside. Our nephew needed to fit on a few items to make sure they fit before he leaves for his trip on 14 May 2017. One of the employees said he'll call his manager because he doesn't want to get into trouble for opening the fitting room for us, this was at 08:05pm. The manager/supervisor - Rosie- came to address us and told us we can come back tomorrow. We couldn't come back the next day and i asked her if she preferred to loose a sale because of not allowing our nephew to fit his clothes, she said "we'd rather loose the sale because we're closed!". She was so disrespectful, unkind and inhuman. Our nephew was forced to fit his clothes in public. If this is the type of employees that Zara wants to keep, then you can expect to loose customers.</p>
