Zara stinks

I will never buy from Zara online again. People be warned , I have been waiting for my order since the 10th April. I understand that there was lockdown restrictions. I have not had an email from them confirming order or anything. I phone the nearest store in Warmer park on the 14th of May, i was told it is being prepared and I will receive my order soon. It is now the 26th of May . I phoned again and it is still being prepared. Now come on that story is not going to fly. I cannot get hold of any person to talk to, not on live chat, not on facebook, not on twitter and not on email.
