ZARA STAFF BAD ATTITUDES ... EMPLOYEES IN FEAR

<p>Hi there</p> <p><br />I have an original invoice of purchase as well as proof of items. The Cresta Zara branch refused to assist even though we tried on the garment purchased which has a factory fault and trying on another shirt, same manufacturer, same size and same slim fit style.</p> <p><br />We are convinced factory default items are placed on SALE and Zara policy is not to refund.</p> <p><br />The STAFF from the Mens to Ladies department Managers at the Cresta branch could not assist. Its as if ZARA has sworn them to never accept returns or else they will lose their jobs.</p>
