Zara South Africa's delivery service (Aramex) is shockingly bad

Zara South Africa needs to STOP USING ARAMEX; they are TERRIBLE.

Absolute worst delivery service. My package says it's been delivered and signed for by someone I've never heard of. The address they stated it's been delivered to does not even exist. How useless can one be to deliver someone's package to the wrong delivery address when it's clearly stated? DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE WITH ANYTHING; they DO NOT CARE about their customers AT ALL.

Online delivery is supposed to increase convenience; Zara's use of Aramex does the complete opposite. It increases INconvenience.
