Zara South Africa Worst service Ever I ever

It’s sad to write this to a store that I have been spending money since it’s launch. I bought clothes one size was bigger and one jacket tag was not removed. Thinking is a normal mistake I went to a store in canal walk and met a rude manager male said to me that he is not even sure if I paid money for this clothes or stole them and he can’t help with a tag and he said as for the pants I must fly back to Pretoria where I bought them cause he can’t exchange without receipt cause they never had the style in his store as I quote him. I travel in sadec region as am a dr and didn’t see the sizes until I had to wear them. Was disappointing is a clothing as giant as Zara will haven’t management in store who will be rude to clients and say such words. When I buy at Zara I don’t buy clothes I buy service and commitment and on this I didn’t experience any. Am Stucked with clothes that has a tag and pant that can’t fit yet the store I favour and buy from can’t do anything about it. There’s proof of transaction on my banking app and amount and yet can’t be helped. This matter should be attended asap ***
