Zara South Africa Returns policy

<p>I received a gift for my birthday that was purchased from Zara in Sandton City. I do not have a receipt but all tickets are present on the item. The shirt is too small and I want to exchange it for a larger size. I DO NOT WANT A REFUND </p> <p> </p> <p>it is Zara's in store policy not to allow any exchanges without proof of purchase. This is the only retail store I have ever heard of that doesn't return gifts.</p> <p> </p> <p>So now I guess I will have a shirt in my cupboard that doesn't fit. </p> <p> </p> <p>DO NOT PURCHASE GIFTS AT ZARA IS THE ANSWER IN FACT DON'T SHOP AT ZARA!!!!</p>
