Zara South Africa Management Disaster!

I ordered online from Zara in November, delivery was scheduled before 20 December. However, on 12 January, I had to follow up on the order since "Partial Delivery" had appeared on the order status. When I contacted customer support, they informed me that the delivery was unsuccessful and had been returned to the warehouse. We live in an Estate and parcels are always dropped off with security at the gate (24/7). Unfortunately Zara has no means to check or regulate why delivery was unsuccessful... in this day and age. Unacceptable and lazy. Zara South Africa needs a management makeover because sadly, this was not my, nor many friends', first issue with delivery from the online store. Zara South Africa is making Zara look cheap and unreliable.
