Zara South Africa- Dismal

So shocked at your customer service in your Johannesburg, South Africa Store at Eastgate Shopping centre. Had a gift my child received that didn’t fit her. After asking the lady at the till if I can exchange she said not without a gift receipt. She offered to call the manager. Waited 10 min for the manager to pitch who proceeded to tell me she won’t help without a gift receipt. I challenged her that this wasn’t an appealing reason to shop at a retailer anymore as online refunds are so easy and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away from me. Horrified. No wonder retail stores are closing- customer service is appalling! Really poor service and a brand I will no longer support.
