Zara shoes

I bought shoes on Zara online, the shoes are uncomfortable. I requested for an exchange and they emailed me instructions on how to return the shoes. SANELE BANDA from MENLYN has rudely said he will not exchange the shoes for me as I had fitted and worn them at the comfort of my own home only once . I need an exchange and as a customer I have every right to return a product that I am not happy with .
