hi I just received the most disgusting service from your cashiers at ZARA gateway name Thabi and even the manager Faith . I was buying a sale item which I saw on the website is 19.99 USD so I did my calculation converting dollar to rand R273.86 ,initially dress was R499 and when I get top the store R459 ,so I asked the cashier she then said what do I expect her to do as she doesn't make the prices and manager says the same I was so shocked a I also work with customers and I were to say that to my clients I would be out of a job.
