I purchased an item on 5 September fpr R1099. My account has been debited THREE TIMES!!!! And there stupid automated chat is just useless!!! Same response... that I must contact my bank because they only see one deduction from their side. ****** useless!!! I AM DONE WITH THIS BRAND. DO NOT SHOP FROM ZARA!!! CLIENT SERVICE QUALITY ON ZERO!!!!!!
