ZARA SANDTON RUDE AND ****PHOBIC STAFF!

The staff at the Zara Sandton women’s change rooms are uninterested in helping anyone to begin with. They just ignore people at times as they talk amongst themselves. They obviously speak about the customers negatively in vernacular and as a group stare and laugh at what people look like. They are blatantly discriminatory and ****phobic. They are unapologetic and continue to discriminate even more obviously after asked to stop. Extremely rude and hateful behavior that seeks to embarrass their customers. Management also does nothing to help with the toxic atmosphere.
