ZARA Sandton refusing to exchange goods

I bought stuff worth R5 000.00 at Zara Sandton a few weeks ago for my 7 year old daughter. I don't live with my daughter as she lives with her mother. Unfortunately two dresses whose pictures are attached couldn't fit at all as they are a size smaller. I took these dresses to Zara Sandton without a slip because my daughter misplaced the slips. I was helped by a lady that identified herself as Kwazi and she said she is the assistant manager at the shop. This lady wasn't helpful at all so I had to leave the two dresses with her since there is nothing else I can do with them. I don't have another daughter that can fit these clothes so I have no use for them. All I wanted was replacement dresses that are a size larger or other dresses that are of the correct size but this woman made me feel like I've just wasted money shopping in their shop. <br> <br> I need this sorted out please...after spending R5k on kids clothes on the same day then I can't have only two dresses changed that costs R549.00 each? That is not good at all. I've left these dresses with Kwazi and I need either my money back or dresses of the correct size.
