ZARA SALES REP: BAD ATTITUDE

I went to ZARA, Sandton on Sunday 7 June, 2015. Upon my arrival there I saw and wanted to buy four pairs of shoes, I approached a sales person who told me to wait., which I was willing to do, up until I realised I was waiting for him to have a FAT CHAT with a fellow emloyee about NOTHING work related!! <br> <br> The idiot proceeded to do so for more thatn 5min! (A time period in which I would have been at the counter making payment). I, AGAIN ,left him there and went to another helpful sales person but that was not sufficient because she unknowingly sent me to the same person, who STILL INSISTED ON HAVING AN ATTITUDE AND WAS MORE ADAMENT TO MAKE ME WAIT as he pushed a rail around aimessly!!<br> <br> I, again, went to another sales person AFTER WAITING 15MIN!! When the sales person was about to assist, there was loadshedding and I left shoeless!! WHAT ANNOYS ME EVEN MORE is the fact that when I returned the next weekend they no longer had my shoe sizes!! so I missed out on 2 out of the four pairs of shoes I wanted. I AM LIVID!! I am a regular at ZARA and this is unacceptable.
