Zara's service lacks what the brand embodies

I've been a loyal customer of Zara for over 20 years. I've shopped across the globe at Zara's stores and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional, thus building the brand loyalty.
I'm a regular at the Cresta store. I shop there at least once a month. The manager knows me as a loyal shopper.
However, my experinece there, month after month, is nothing short of disappointing and horrible.
1. No greets as you walk in store. Instead, staff gives you a glance and look away. The first impression of walking into the store is negative.
2. During the week the store is under staffed.
3. On weekends, there is staff, but they don't approach you. There's no motivation to assist.
4. When the store is quiet, you can hear the staff shouting loudly in the back, laughing and joking. Not setting up a good shopping experience. I can understand it's Africa, but this is not a bus stop.
5. Clothes were strewn and not properly displayed.
6. Two items I picked were priced wrong.

Look I know I'm not walking into an Armani or Versace store, however, Zara is still an international brand, and levels of service should be adhered to. The image and feeling I have for the brand is just going down the drain in this country. Please train your staff to be world-class. Nothing less. That's what Zara remains across the globe.
