Zara returns policy is pedantic and the customer service comes across as rude arrogant and unhelpful in the extreme

What a pedantic and rudely inconvenient experience! Returned goods - with receipt- on day 30 of the returns policy and they refused to refund the amount paid. Clothing never worn and as it was when left the store.
