Zara Return Policy

Zara’s return policy is pathetic to say the least! My daughters bought me a jacket for my birthday, however it’s to big. They accidentally threw the slip away with the bag and although the tag is still in tact the store refused to swop for smaller size. I do understand they have a return policy that says till slip to be produced, but really can they not be more customer friendly, the manager sounded like a recording - no slips no return or refund. One would think that by now they will have an email docket system going, but it seems this an easy way out for them not to do refunds or exchanges. Tygervalley store, Cape Town ??
