Zara refuses to accept return because of "Gift" receipt

<p>So here's my problem. Someone bought me a gift and didn't give me a "gift receipt" because they did not even know what that was. They threw away the normal receipt ( because when it was bought they did not mention anything about a "gift receipt") and gave me the gift which was the wrong size. I then came in to return it with all tags attached but they refused because I didn't have the "gift receipt" Might I add within 30 days so let's all remember the CPA act as we continue. All I want to do is exchange it for a different size but that seems like an impossible mission. I am utterly disgusted by the level of service and received no help at all. I expect you guys to sort this out as it is unacceptable and an embrassment for you as a company.</p>
