Zara refund overdue

Hi . I hope I will be assisted because am very frustrated . I returned items in Jan 2025, up to now I haven’t received my refund . And I m not provided with an explanation in terms of what is causing the delay .

Is this proper business practice , Zara has received back their items but I do not get what is due to me .

The most frustrating thing is that there’s no number to call.

I made follow up to find out why am I not receiving what is due to me . I was told the matter is being investigated. I never received an investigation report or feedback. I was told the obvious that refunds are processed within 14 days . Am still waiting

I have sent a DM to their Instagram account . I doubt if they will respond .
