Zara quality is a horror!

I recently purchased an item - a linen jacket. I took great care of this item - always washing it on a gently cycle with only wool lite. I did not iron this item at all - only steam iron (it is linen). The last wash, the seams all started fraying. This is just bad quality - the material is still fine, but the fraying is a problem. This item was bought on the 22nd of June 2023. From the weather that we had, i could not have worn this item more than 5 times. I did inform zara, but they promptly informed me that they are so sorry about this - but they can only do something about it in 30 days..... So, i am not sure how they explained this lined jacket - but this is not zara's problem anymore. I was informed of this very early on in the converstation.
