Zara poor Quality

Zara refuses to accept that their quality has dropped, they have insulted me as a customer without evening trying to understand their product has a factory fault and immediately on defense mode. I can not pay R2099 for boots and 2 months down the line it starts ripping apart. I want my money back!!!!!!
