Zara please get your business in order.

Really distasteful service from Zara. I ordered online and have not received my package since. I received a tracking order via email that stated that the courier service has not collected and package has been sent, its been two weeks now. I expected better service from the Sandton shop and honestly they are just pathetic. Should never have ordered or even bought from them. I ordered from Replay store about the same TIME and the order was received after two days and courier charges were even less than that of Zara. Really an excuse of a business.
