Zara Phone Theft

I love Zara clothing. But unfortunately I had a very bad experience at Zara, Canal Walk. I was trying on a jacket and left my phone on one of their shoe racks I remembered within minutes and was very close yet when I came back my phone was gone. I assumed that one of the Zara employees found it (there was a security guard and another employee right there) but no. I asked them to check the cameras and apparently there were no cameras facing that way yet when I checked there were like 4 cameras. When I asked if I could check myself they refused. The manager who checked was also unhelpful and rude did not even ask for my contact details. I went to another employee at the store and she assured me that they would have another manager check and get back to me. To this day I have not heard back from them regarding the matter.

I have a feeling that it could have been an employee at the store but this is just a theory. There were not many people in the store as well in the section I was in. I was really disappointed with the way they handled the issue.
