Zara: pathetic service

Very poor online service. I bought an item that was promised to be delivered by the 4th of September, status changed to the 12th, today is the 18th. Needless to say that no update has been given, no delivery has been made. I am so unimpressed. You chat to the client services on their app with no resolution.
