ZARA Online took money on my debit card without me authorizing

I bought two things via the ZARA app on the 23rd of June 2022 (stuff I still haven't received). I paid R977 the same day at checkout using my debit card. On the 3rd July 2022 I get a notification that R977 paid to Zara. This is where I was confused now, why is Zara taking R977 from my account when I have already paid and I am awaiting delivery? I contact their twitter page, who ignored me. I contact them using their app, where I get a response that I don't understand. Zara says I must contact my bank, I am like why? They still have not told me why
