Zara Online Shopping Service

Zara's Online Shopping Service is the worst I have ever experienced.

I am still waiting for my son's shoes which had to be delivered to their store for collection by the 12/12/2019. I have not received any message giving me an explanation why the order is late - NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY DRAFTED FROM A LAZY GOOGLE TEMPLATE - NOTHING.

I made the mistake of shopping with Zara Online without checking consumer reviews on Hello Peter or other platforms first. I felt like such an idiot as I read through all the b*****t Zara has put us as customers through. These guys are pathetic. Zara clearly do not know what they are doing ... they should just stick to the walk in stores.

Disgusted....
