Zara Online shopping

Buying online from Zara Sourth Africa is taking a chance. they either ignore the requested size or cannot read. Twice I have ordered and paid for XS sized trousers and twice they have delivered size 14. You cannot actually telephone them and speak to a reeal human being. it is all instructions to return the item within 30 days. I do not live near a Zara store and they have definitely lost a very good customer. I have lived here for many years and am used to indifferent service, but Zara is terrible.
