Zara online shop is *****

If I could give 0 star I would give it. ZARA clothes online shopping is a *****. I bought a jacket online and in a month it shattered at its sewing. I asked to change the item but they said it is my fault. They judged and made decision by a picture. I wish I checked before purchasing the online Zara app reviews as many many people have the same problem.

Im going to take the case next week to the small court. I have thousands of items from Zara (offline shopping though) and I'm really not happy with this treatment that I got from the online shopping department.
