Zara online services bad experience

I made an Oder from Zara 29/11/2024, expected delivery date was 18/12/2024 latest. I received communication that they will be delayed and I should expect delivery 23/12/2024 latest.

I have been tracking the items and they have not moved from the 29th of November, according to their app it still says processing that means I’ll not be getting the order soon. Online shopping should be convenient but this is definitely an inconvenience, I could have just went to the physical store especially because the clothes I ordered were not even on sale.

This is a disappointment really because what was ordered was for a specific occasion and now I had to go to the actual store to buy. Which is also unfair financially, I have spent on something twice and will have to wait for you to decide when I will get my order so I can return it then still wait for my money to be processed.
