ZARA ONLINE SA SHOULD BE CLOSED

After going to all of these reviews I am just shocked with this online service and Why nothing has been done? I purchased 2 trousers and Zara confirmed the payment and the order, after 1 day, they sent a message saying that they cancelled the order due to "data transmission", and the money already withdrawn? No contacts/No communication/No Nothing.

Not to talk about the Trouser I did not received!!!. Zara Online SA should be closed!
