Zara online orders

Disappointed service from @zara I placed an online order on the 30tj of November I have not received it. There are no channels of tracking and following up. I went to @zara_menlyn on the 10th of November for assistance, the manager there was extremely rude. Can I please be assisted to get my order, I will be traveling on a weeks time, this order was placed well in time.
