Zara Online order | Don't do it!!!!!!!!!!!

looks like i too have fallen victim to the disgusting zara online service. I placed my order on the 5th of December, i was advised i will get it on the 13th, the date has since shifted 4 times and all i get is your order is underway... the warehouse needsd some serious restructuring as this is unacceptable.
