ZARA online - NOT REALLY!

I purchased a gift online for a friend who is going through some hard times. The purchase was made on 8 December with delivery promised between 14 Dec and 20 Dec. I reached out to their online Customer Service yesterday as the online tracker indicated that it was still at their warehouse. The online Customer Service is absolutely useless with them only confirming what I already knew and not being able to give me any new information. I then reached out to their Service Line on Twitter and have been advised that my order is subject to a 'slight' warehouse delay (no kidding - since the 12th) with no indication as to when or whether I will be receiving my order anytime soon. Do yourselves a favour - AVOID any ZARA online purchases because, truth be told, they are a bit of a Mickey Mouse operation.
