Zara Online is the worst....they should be barned online

Aramex delivered my parcel ZARA to someone i do not know...someone who doesn't even stay at my yard. I tried contacting them since the 10th of July but they are not doing anything to help with my parcel

I tried going on Zara website so that i can use the chat feature to report this but still your website chat doesn't help us in any way. Aramex is giving us very poor service, they mistreat us yet we have no way of communicating with the supplier so that our issues maybe solved.

Can you please help with our orders, you took our money yet you hide in the crowd...What a service
