Zara online is the worst

I made an online purchase on 19 June 2020 and the expected date was 24 June till today I haven’t receive my order. The consultant that I was chatting to she told me that I have to wait 6 working days till I receive my parcel, I mean really? No one even bothered to send me an email saying that they will be a delay, then she closed the chat without even apologizing. Honestly I feel like they don’t know how to treat customers but they know how to take my money and keep items that I paid for with my money that is really ****ed up.
