ZARA ONLINE IS PATHETIC AND ***********!!!!

If I could rate Zara online zero I would. Their service is non existent and from reading the other reviews it seems the issue is not isolated. I have had the same pathetic experience with then. Purchased goods on 16 June. Still waiting. Their online chat staff are clearly clueless as they are not even based here in SA. Either the couriers are useless or employees at Zara - I suspect the latter. No answers given, no offer of resolution, nothing. They couldnt care less. As they move internationally to encourage online shopping, they will fail dismally in SA. I officially give up.
