ZARA online is nonsense, I can't curse here.

I'd give no star if I were possible. On the 1st of May I placed an order for a pair of boots, there's no way I'd place an order that would be successful without paying for it, by the way, and the delivery was supposed to be the 11th, its the 12th at night, I still haven't heard from Zara, which I'm fine with, delays happen. My problem is that on the 9th, I was debited again for the same order, I tried calling the number from the website to no avail, I tried the chatbot with no response, my only option now is to legally get double my money back, and sue the company for the expenses incurred. Which I'm going to pursue.
