Zara online is a ****.!!!!!

Zara online store is just a huge ****. I made a order on the 16 th June 2020, got debited from my account same day and got a email saying thanx for the payment my order will be delivered on the 24th June, instead of getting delivered I then got debited again the same amount from my account at midnight and got an email saying my order is processed, I then reversed the payment. Tried making contact with them to no avail. I left a message on Twitter, on their chat system and via email till this day no response. I still don’t know where my order is or if I’ll ever get it. Zara is a ****, save your money and energy from shopping at Zara. It’s the worst online shop ever. It’s useless!!!!! In fact Zara online is a ****!!
